Diffusion models and MCMC
For this year’s DYNSTOCH conference a two-day satellite spring school will take place at Kieler Yacht-Club, which is located next to the fjord at Kiellinie 70, 24105 Kiel. The school focusses on applications of stochastic processes in contemporary data science.
Alain Durmus (École Polytechnique) will give lectures on diffusion models and Andi Wang (University of Warwick) on current developments in MCMC theory.
The spring school starts on Monday with a get-together including drinks and appetizers in the late afternoon. All scientific talks are scheduled for Tuesday, followed by a workshop dinner in the evening.
If you would like to register for the spring school, please send an email to trottner@math.au.dk by 30 April, 2024. The number of participants is limited and places will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. There is no workshop fee, but you will have to take care of travel and accommodation expenses yourself.
The schedule is to be found here.
