Registration Fee

Early bird 220 EUR (until December, 15, 2022),
Regular 280 EUR (after December, 15, 2022),
on site registration will probably not be possible.

This fee includes book of abstracts (in electronic form), access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch (Mon, Tue, Wed) and dinner (Mon, Tue). Drinks should be paid on individual basis.

Talks

Contributed talks will be 25 minutes in length, plus 5 minutes for questions. All submissions and talks must be in English.

Terms and Conditions

Registration and abstract submission is done via this web form, hosted at Kiel University. Any data that you enter into this form will be shared with the organizing team of the workshop. This organizing team consists of the organizers of the workshop, the program committee of the workshop, and local helpers appointed by the organizers or the program committee.

The organizing team uses this data in order to facilitate the workshop and your stay at the workshop location. Your data may be shared with the workshop location Schlossgut Gross Schwansee, Am Park 1, 23942 Kalkhorst.

The organizing team will compile the workshop program and the book of abstracts, in electronic and/or print format, which may include any data that you enter into this form, except accommodation information. The workshop program and the book of abstracts will be kept for a period of time that is at the discretion of the organizers. The organizing team will make the workshop program and the book of abstracts public on the workshop website hosted at Kiel University for a period of time that is at the discretion of the organizers. In case that any affected person would like their personal data to be removed from the workshop program or the book of abstracts stored on computer systems at Kiel University, including the workshop website hosted at Kiel University, this person may contact the organizers, and they will remove this personal data accordingly.

The organizing team will not use any data entered into this form for any unlawful or unjust purposes. The organizing team will delete all the personal data, as far as it is not in the workshop program or the book of abstracts, from the computer systems at Kiel University as soon as it is no longer required, at the latest three months after the end of the workshop.
